Breckfest was good

First night they had something going on in the hotel and people kept yelling. Hitting our door and making all kinds of noise. We called to the front desk and the girl was not helpful or caring

The hotel's location was wonderful, really close to Close to Northtown Mall, the mall and many restaurants. Furthermore, in the nearby neighborhood. We booked newly remodelled queen room with a jacuzzi and could use wake-up service, available in it.

The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfasts were great. All in all a great experience.

Could of used some good outside seating. 1 uncomfortable picnic bench didn't cut it.

Too noisy what ever was above the room was like cattle stomping. The machines ice pop outside room attracted noisy people and yapping kids.

great staff but uncomfortable night

The staff were accommodating during a difficult time. The breakfast options were variety-rich and the dining area remained tidy and well-managed.

We experienced a disruptive night due to smoke entering our room from the adjoining unit.

Nice comfortable place.

Breakfast was questionable egg sandwich thing and rubbery but the next day the egg burritos were decent. Who's there were more no carb choices like hard boiled eggs.

The staff was super nice! The size of the room was excellent and the cookies were stupendous!

Cold hot tub, cold breakfast and the bed hurt our backs terribly. Didn't sleep very well.

The staff was accommodating, especially the front desk team who quickly assisted me with my room preference. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering freshly made waffles, a variety of fruits, and well-brewed coffee, made my mornings much more enjoyable. The overall cleanliness in my room was satisfactory, which contributed to a comfortable work environment.

Location, room set up and gym and swimming pool

Unfortunately, I noticed a used condon that was half way melted ands stocked on the bed sheet that was on our bed. Apparently it might have been previously washed and thrown in dryer and got stocked on sheet. Mean no harm, mistake do happen!!

The continental breakfast was excellent and had such a great selection of food.....best one I have seen in an inexpensive hotel:-)

The hotel was close to the Mall of America, which we loved exploring. We also enjoyed time at the Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, snapping pics with all the animals. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was a nice touch.

But, the shower was not clean, and it definitely needed attention. This was a bit disappointing considering everything else was so enjoyable.

The dining area offered a nice selection of vegetarian dishes, and the breakfast staff showcased excellent efficiency while maintaining composure during a chaotic moment with young, unattended children. The room had serious issues, poorly maintained with a terrible smell, and noise disturbances from neighboring guests made it difficult to rest. Noticeable black mold raised concerns about cleanliness and health.
